CEP Forensic and Sintra Engineering have united to form Canada's largest national forensic engineering firm!
CEP Forensic is pleased to announce that the company has entered a merger agreement with Sintra Engineering, a leading provider of forensic engineering services in Western Canada. Our newly merged company brings CEP's strength in Eastern Canada, combined with Sintra's broad reach in Western and Northern Canada, to form the largest forensic engineering firm in the country.
The new entity, CEP-Sintra, will have close to one hundred employees from coast to coast and will operate in both official languages. The company will have eight offices across Canada: Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City and Moncton. CEP-Sintra will offer multi-disciplinary forensic engineering services, from fire and explosion investigations and accident reconstruction services to structural remediation advice, catering to the needs of our insurance and legal clients.
We are excited to be joining forces with Sintra. We believe this merger will answer the growing national needs of our clients, as well as the aspirations of our staff. Both companies come to this merger as a team of energetic professionals with a common set of values. These shared values will drive our desire to provide our clients with the best service and technical insight into all of their insurance and legal loss needs. This second transaction this year (LRI Engineering Inc.) consolidates our position as leaders in the market.
Although we believe that this union will open the door to specialized and highly technical investigations, we want to outline that our services will not change. Our valued customers will continue to work with the same people in our firm, as all our staff are keeping their current roles. Our fee structure will remain the same, and services provided in the past will continue to be offered by the combined company.
Finally, and most importantly, we would like to thank our customers for their support over the last 40 years and we are confident that this new affiliation will all serve us well.
